25th - Extended family Christmas, salmon, turkey. Pretty good.
26th - Ham. Good. Stay up all night playing Christmas video games
27th, 28th - Blank spot in memory. Probably sleep.
Words to the wise -
the drip pan under a broiler is there so the grease drips away from broiled item, not only to prevent the broiled item from frying (as opposed to broiling) but also to prevent the grease from reaching its flash point
hot cookie sheets look just like cold ones
400 F is a lot hotter than 350 F. In particular, 400 F gives you 2nd degree burns
second degree burns look really cool when they're healing.
